Spider-Man 3: No Way Home trailer

The first trailer for Spider-Man is finally here after months of speculation, rumors, and even a leak. The multiverse has been explored by the Marvel Cinematic Universe and Sony for the third Tom Holland Spidey movie. Yes, that’s Alfred Molina as Doctor Octopus in the final scene. This is the first appearance of the heavily-armed villain since 2004’s Spider-Man 2.

Check out the trailer below featuring Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) stepping into Tony Stark’s shoes as Peter Parker’s mentor, casting an ill-advised spell on the MCU.

The trailer shows no sign of earlier villains Green Goblin or of Jamie Foxx, who reportedly reprised his role as Electro from the films in which Andrew Garfield played Spider-Man. The trailer doesn’t show Holland but Garfield and Tobey Maguire are both mentioned in the trailer. This was confirmed by Spider-series star JB Smoove during an interview with The Illuminerdi.

The trailer sees Peter grappling with the fallout of 2019’s Spider-Man: Far From Home, in which the world discovered his secret Spidey identity. Doctor Strange is called upon by Peter to help

him erase all his memories. It doesn’t work out as planned and unleashes a multiverse full of madness.

Doctor Strange informs Peter that “We tampered the stability of time-space.” “The multiverse” is a concept we don’t know much about. They should have a conversation with Loki who seems to have set the multiverse into motion in the Disney Plus series.
